Biscoff Millionaire's Shortbread

A delicious buttery shortbread base topped with a layer of Biscoff caramel and a white chocolate and Biscoff spread blend, finished off with Biscoff crumb.

Ingredients: Unsalted BUTTER (MILK) 23%, sweetened condensed milk 22% [whole MILK, sugar, stabiliser (calcium chloride)], WHEAT flour 16% (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), white chocolate 13% [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring], caramelised biscuit spread 13% [caramelised biscuits (WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), acid (citric acid)], cane sugar 8%, partially inverted sugar syrup 5%, caramelised biscuits [WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon].
