Caramel Cornflake Brownie

A base layer of our signature fudgy brownie filled with Belgian milk chocolate chunks, topped with a chewy caramel cornflake layer.

Ingredients:

Cane sugar 31%, double cream 11% (MILK), EGGS 10%, milk chocolate chunks 10% [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, dextrose, BUTTER, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural flavour (vanilla)], dark chocolate 9% [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (lecithins), flavouring], vegetable fat spread 9% [vegetable oils (sustainable palm, rapeseed), BUTTERMILK, water, salt, natural flavouring, colour (carotenes)], golden flakes of toasted corn 7% [maize, sugar, salt, malted BARLEY extract, vitamin and mineral mix [iron, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, riboflavin (B2), thiamin (B1), folic acid (B9), vitamin D, vitamin B12]], unsalted BUTTER 6% (MILK), WHEAT flour 5% (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cocoa powder 2% [acidity regulators (potassium carbonate)], vanilla extract (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), table salt [salt, anti-caking agent (sodium ferrocyanide).
