Galaxy Caramel Cookie Sandwich

Two milk chocolate chunk cookies sandwiched together with whipped galaxy chocolate ganache, silky smooth caramel sauce and a piece of galaxy chocolate hidden inside.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate chunks [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, dextrose, BUTTER, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural flavour (vanilla)], self-raising flour [organic WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), bicarbonate of soda, monocalcium phosphate], unsalted BUTTER (MILK), granulated sugar, light brown soft sugar (sugar, molasses), EGGS, milk chocolate [sugar, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, MILK fat, whey permeate (MILK), palm fat, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)], cane sugar, double cream (MILK), vanilla extract (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), cornflour, table salt [Salt, anti-caking agent (sodium ferrocyanide)].
