White Chocolate Flapjack

A flapjack base filled with Belgian white chocolate chunks, topped with a layer of white chocolate and finished off with white chocolate blossoms.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain OATS 29%, light brown soft sugar 19% (sugar, molasses), golden syrup 14% (partially inverted sugar syrup), vegetable fat spread 14% [vegetable oils (sustainable palm, rapeseed), BUTTERMILK, water, salt, natural flavouring, colour (carotenes)], white chocolate 18% [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavouring], white chocolate chunks 11% [sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavour], white chocolate blossoms (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).
